The Hogan Certification Workshop certifies you to administer and provide feedback on the Hogan Assessments. Through a series of interactive and engaging virtual modules, we will give you the knowledge and confidence to interpret and apply Hogan’s three primary psychometric assessments:
 
    • The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the ‘Bright Side’, provides insight into an individual’s personality and reputation in terms of energy and drive; relationships and communication; and problem solving style
    • The Hogan Development Survey (HDS), the ‘Dark Side’, evaluates an individual’s derailing behaviours that can hinder performance and leadership capability
    • The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), identifies an individual’s key drivers, leadership style, and unconscious biases

You will learn through a series of virtual modules facilitated by our experienced Hogan Consultants, and also engage in e-learning and coursework to deepen your interpretation and application skills.
